No card to start, and I set up your board for you. You add a card at day 75, only if you're staying.

The first 20 shops get 90 days free.

Then $19.50 a month for the rest of your first year. After that, it is $39 a month, and it stays $39 as long as you stay. No card needed until day 75. Your spot is held for 7 days. Log a stop to keep it.

Card needed to start. Your trial is free for at least 30 days.

You don't pay until your shop has logged 5 stops on 2 or more days. Not there by day 90? The trial ends, and you pay nothing.

You get an email a week before the first bill. Then your card pays $39 a month for the whole shop. It keeps going until you cancel.

You can cancel any time in Account. Cancel before the first bill, and you pay nothing.

The demo board for a made-up shop. It shows $1,451 of downtime this week, across 5 stops.

Tried a maintenance system and went back to the whiteboard? This is for you.

This is not a CMMS. If you need work orders, parts, and purchase orders, use one of the free ones. This is for the shop that tried that and went back to the whiteboard or Excel.

How it works

1. Log the stop.

You list your machines once, or send me the list and I do it. A photo of the whiteboard works. Then you hand the board's link to the people who log. When a machine stops, the person on it opens the link. They pick the machine and tap once.

2. Tap again when it's running.

The board counts how long the machine was down and works out what that cost you.

3. Once a week, you get one email.

What downtime cost you this week, which machine caused it, and what changed from last week.

That email only counts stops from the day you start logging.

What's on the board

The board starts with downtime. Here is what's on it.

Downtime in dollars

Every time a machine stops, the board adds up what it cost you. You see which machine, what caused it, and which shift. The totals come in one email every week.

Preventive maintenance that doesn't get missed

List each job once, like changing a filter every 90 days. The board tracks when it's due. If a job goes overdue, you get an email in the morning.

Repairs that don't get forgotten

When someone logs a stop, they can tag it Needs maintenance. The people you pick get an email right then. The tag stays on the board until someone closes it.

Shift handoff

Each shift leaves notes for the next one. Anything not finished carries over to the next shift until someone marks it done. Nobody walks in blind.

Coverage

See who can run each machine and who's out today. The board flags any machine that only one person in today can run.

On the wall

Put the board on a TV in the shop. Everyone sees what's down right now, in big type. No login.

What makes it easy to start

No app for your people to install.

No typing to log it. They pick the machine and tap once. They need only a phone. No login. They can log a stop and close a maintenance tag. They can check off a maintenance job and leave notes for the next shift. They can add an action item and suggest a fix. They never see your dollars, your rates or your account.

Your history on the board from day one.

Already tracking downtime in a spreadsheet? Load it in about a minute. Or email it and I load it for you. Your old numbers are there on day 1.

The link, on their phones.

You choose who gets the board's link, and on their phones it goes on the home screen and opens like an app. No accounts to make.

Everyone in the shop, one price.

No per-person fees. Add everyone on the floor.

The guarantee

Your first weekly report finds $19.50 or less of downtime? Then your first paid month is free.
